There are a few things.. From a manufacturer point of view.. About China made product in a sense of using similar parts and processes

1) machining..for metal.. China can, and have many good Cnc shop.. Is a matter of do they do things proper.., can be as accurate as things get done in Swiss, Japan etc.., however if it is.. Cost should not be lower if using the same grade of material, actually even higher... As good material is always imported (import duty.. Etc.. Machine are newer, hence cost for each piece should be higher.., however China maker may not need sensible margin etc..... chinaa does make best value winding machine...it is a fool not to use china made auto winding machine.etc..even a German maker, then when it is serviced ...change some better sensor..etc.. .. ), for performance motor or certainty for long life... etc..we even not look at china copper at alllllllllll

2) motor, China can make upto mid range preference motor... What is Mid range..., such as vibration level which can be measured...can be and very likley double vs motor made in Japan and Europe, if China maker invest for making it better.. It won't be cheap and actually higher cost than the one made on German too.. Etc)

3) any sort of bearing... Common sense.. And proved.. If aiming for better or higher preformance.... We ways goes for Japan or europ made bearing...

4) belt.. Rubber /silicon Etc.. Is still far away... Vs usa, Japan.. Etc.. Made items.., i do not thinks any of those maker shall invest.. To make them better.., especially oversea maker not too expensive...

5) overall material... Imported is always better..

6) lubtiate. Etc.. Same..

Take that particular taobao table as an example... If a friend whnt to buy that belt drive... I would suggest him to pay more for a 2nd hand VPI.. Etc.., even for such price it is quite fair.

Not a user exp. Sharing... At all

Make sense to buy those china table at 2nd hand market for cheap and add some good parts.. If anyone into that kind of fun

其實我唔係想包拗頸，只係講出事實。
不過我覺得我哋身為香港人咁近內地，冇理由資訊就好似一啲外國政要專詆譭大陸（包括外國電影）將大陸人仲打造成非常落後仲係紮條長辮嘅清朝人。

之前喺香港我見到有幾層天橋便覺得我哋好先進，但係你睇返國內佢哋唔係兩三層而係三四層，仲高百幾尺甚至百幾米。幾年前去上海旅行都專登由上海搭一程高鐵去南京，同香港火車嘅比較簡直天淵之別，人哋行到300公里一啲震感都無但係香港嗰啲火車雖然已經慢過蟻躝但係chok到你企都企唔穩，所以響基建呢方面香港已經落後好多。

You can "think" whatever you want, it is your freedom......... but the fact is the so called China "Prosperity" and "Achievement" cannot be justified by the TRUE International standard, the mainland infrastructure are notorious for poor craftsmanship, fake compliance data, and durability issue, most of them just "Looking Good".........

If you comparing a well built Europe made Turntable with the China made one side by side, audit it in a decent system, you will notice the different instantly even for a layman. The issue of "China" manufacturing and technology is not the matter of they have state of the art machinery and materials or not, the problem is their attitude and integrity........ the reason why the western world products are still having the leading edge is very simple, they have integrity and serious for their products and reputation, not always just thinking for making easy money.

FYI, most HK railway and MTR train and associated devices are "Made in China" now, not from UK and Australia anymore, the poor built quality and maintenance practice caused much more issue than couple decades ago when the government still under British administration.........

我覺得公平一點就國與國之間嘅比較，千萬不要樣樣都將中國同全世界去比較。

其實基本上每個國家都有佢個別嘅強項，美國佬憑印出來嘅美金去收買曬全世界技術，唔畀就搶，搶唔到就打壓。大多數先進技術都唔係美國佬本土人自己研發出嚟，所以我哋要睜大眼睛，睇下邊啲技術響中國好平常但在外國係不可想像。

AMSL光刻機係萬國牌，集N咁多國家嘅技術於一身。但中國已憑一己嘅力量成功研發並出產28nm光刻機。

Do you have any idea why the US Dollar is internationally accepted as a reserve standard, why can't the RMB be, China can also "Print" as much as they can.........

Besides, can you name a few China technology commonly found in mainland but not in United States, are you talking about the Sanlu fake milk powder, using Melamine to fake the protein report or the State of the Art internet censorship technology using to suppress China citizen the freedom of speech or robot of spreading propaganda nationwide and internationally?

China made 28nm Mask Aligner will be another biggest scam in China Chips industry history....... you must just read your news from Weibo or mainland "So-called" media which full of propaganda and kissing ass article.......

其實隨便一數都有唔少:
北斗衛星定位、電子支付、5G通信、高鐵、遠端遙控睇病、量子通訊、冇人化全自動貨櫃碼頭、AI化全自動餐廳...

其實美元點解係國際貨幣呢度有佢嘅歷史原因，同當時佢係最強嘅國家有絕對嘅關係。不過而家好多國家都開始去美元化，佢都唔會好得幾耐。

大陸停電拉閘就係限制接收美元嘅數量，將佢超發嘅美元留返響佢自己本國嗰度游走，噉多出嚟嘅美元只會追逐有限嘅物資自然會拉高佢自己嘅通脹。噉嘅情況下美聯儲想停印美元或者加息都有困難，噉樣美國就會出現滯脹，唔死都一身潺。

呢位師兄真係好奇怪，點解呢個世界一定非黑即白。我都強調每個國家都可能有佢獨特嘅強項，大家應該取長補短其實可以生活得好好啊，點解一定要係對立面。

美國同西方國家由一開始就技術封鎖中國（已經幾十年），所以而家中國嘅技術突破得來不易。好多人都話中國偷人嘅技術先會發展起來，但係大家唔好忘記而家中國有嘅或者普及咗嘅技術西方國家都未必有。

我個人唔會抗拒任何國家嘅技術或者產品（當然佢又好而我又負擔得起嘅情況），不過如果你問我屋企有冇美國製造嘅產品我一時間都諗唔到有乜嘢係made in USA。反而你問我有乜嘢唔係中國製造，我都係一時間講唔到，因為好多外國牌子其實佢哋嘅產品都係響中國生產。

不如每位師兄問問自己，如果唔用中國生產嘅產品究竟個生活會係點樣? 如果你生活響香港就算你乜都唔用，除非你連水都買外國原產地生產嘅水，否則都好難避免唔同中國扯上關係。
