To upgrade from OPA2604, can try :

Modest price : LM4562, LME49720
Expensive ones : OPA627BM [$3xx/single piece] or OPA627SM [$6xx/pc]. Need converter PCB to make a pair to fit into DIP8 socket for each 2604.
Discrete opamps : Dexa/NewClassD dual about USD7x/pc.

If space permits, Dexa is even better than the OPA627BM which I also used before.

請問用 discrete opamp 是否一代一ok, 不用加別的东西？ Yes, NewClassD fits many opamps without any change to socket pin configuration or change to circuits.
You have to copy & paste the links.

Note that Burson draws higher current than others.

另外item 2 是否opamp IC? Yes.
可升級吗？ Discrete opamp is the best grade of opamp, much better than IC. You may search in the web.

Looking more carefully, the 3 pcs opamps are of DIP8 configuration, but they look like being soldered. There seem to be no socket on the PCB. You may double check.
