Wow!! that's some idea. It could be possible.

I will say, though, to begin with making the cutting machine for a mother copy is already quite a task.

Then how are you going to convince the record industry to accept your new format/standard?

Not to mention the analogue industry which mass produce the turntable and tonearms?

能否解決大部分失真問題？＞＞＞＞＞＞could be but there are other factors to consider as well, not just the tracking.

Apart from the swing tonearm like my Garrard Zero 100s there are also the swinging headshell as well.

Why not popular? Again, each has its merit and shortfall. At the end of the day if you spend more time in fine tuning your traditional tonearm the pleasure and excellent technicality could still be achieved.
