[#2] Troubleshooting:CLONE Ear 834P LOST LEFT CHANNEL tube 1 Pin 1 having half of operating voltage Vs pin 6.... at no signal loading condition may be it is the issue............ what else can that be... ? Tube 2............ Pin and and Pin 6 seem to have the same issue.......... the transistor goers bad ?.......... but they seem to be ok..i measured it once.. the 2K...20K..200K resistor ? i should measure the voltga input to the 2K resistor..i suppose haha ..pre thx for having troubleshooting fun together..haha one of the reason i measure Pin1 and pin 6 .... as part of the starting pin.. because it is easy to access from the top........... haha without the need to take off the PCB and mount it upsdie down for more measurement.. haha, next i have to... ![]() 最後修改時間: 2021-07-09 11:47:28 |

[#3] Troubleshooting:CLONE Ear 834P LOST LEFT CHANNEL HV in both channels are shared with the same regulators. The 22uf cap right after the regulator should measure at around 230VDC (can't remember exactly as i built a breadboard with a PCB last year, but is disassembled now). Each tube is shared by both channels too. So, pins 1/6 voltages should be very similar. If they are very different, please check the voltage at each HV filtering caps. That's the 22uf caps, located after each voltage-drop resistors (namely 2k, 20k & 200k ohm). The measured voltages should be very similar among the 2 channels. 最後修改時間: 2021-07-09 12:05:48 |

[#4] Troubleshooting:CLONE Ear 834P LOST LEFT CHANNEL #3 thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx the 2nd output fo the transformer is normal, and meaured at 110V AC the input voltage to the 2K resistor is very Low...at around 0.5V DC 第一直覺係我度錯咗嘢... [#7] Troubleshooting:CLONE Ear 834P LOST LEFT CHANNEL you could start by measuring the HV output of PSU board, it should be 200-230VDC. the PCBs in your pics do not seem to be same as the ones i used, and so output voltage might be different. |

Power supply requirement: Secondary voltage requirements AC230 ~ AC280v, greater than30mA, 6.3V greater than 2A. |

[#18] Troubleshooting:CLONE Ear 834P LOST LEFT CHANNEL haha and the given schematic by the maker ...is actAULLY...not that PCB too..haha look carefully...from the schematic ..AC250V feed to the Bridge rectifier but on the board..it is AC 28 VAC feed to the 2W06 有趣的事情.... 拆咗塊板出嚟度.. Tube 1, pin 1.. 185VDC Pin 6... Around 185 vdc too But 琴日未拆塊板出嚟度... Only 0.5Vdc 古怪..... HV 輸入端... 經過一啲電容 and diode, output from the diode is 289Vdc..
