The claim that it has to work with MIT cables is a lie. A BIG lie. It could have been a good marketing tactics, but it involved a lie. That is why the reputation of Spectral is damaged and it actually shot itself in the foot.

剛剛在audiogon買左部DMC 10 Delta前後，circuit board金色好好樣，20多年前機但好似新一樣，值得推介。DMC 10 有好多version，有alpha, gemma,delta, delta II，最好是delta II但外觀四部是一樣的，小心！

DMC10以後出了DMC12及DMC15，12及15是當年的平價版，機內的用料跟DMC10差幾皮。

DMC20是另一位設計師造的，聲音跟DMC 10有很大分別。

現在還生產的是DMC30

DMC 10 Delta II跟Delta 外觀無分別，你必須打開都機，circuit board寫著DMC 10 delta II，用料之分別不在電容，是『電阻』，牌子我不記得，是一種航天級電阻，delta用了四粒，deltaII用了六粒左右。聞說這種航天級電阻香港是買不到的。如果各下找到Delta II請告知在下，我都想見識下。

My DMC-50 power amp bought 2nd hand 20 years ago is still working perfectly (though seldom used now and instead shifted to AV more)

I used DMC-10, DMC-20, DMC-20II, DMA-200, DMA-180 & DMA-150 before.
Very durable; some of them are 2nd hand but the internal circuit boards are like new.
Character can be described in 2 words: 清麗！

There was a premium version of DMC 10 which used teflon circuit board, all resistors were top grade Vishay and Caddok.

But it is very rare in the market.
