| [#32] 新手入門，問題一大籮，求教於大家！ My 2 cents. I guess the first question to ask is why you suddenly need a stereo system? You want to try out hifi playing and want to experience the process that you missed out? Or, you want to have a audio system hoping to enjoy music better? These 2 reasons seems similar but actually very different in the route to be taken. It may seem that one can do both but actually cannot. If just want an audio system for music, it's not hard to get a system that is good enough to forget about upgrading. Then, I would suggest to buy new and get it over with and enjoy music asap. Avoid speakers that have great potential but hard to deliver. Aim for 70 marks all-rounder. If you want to experience the journey and like the fun of AB testing, tweaking...go used and do lots of store visiting. | [#33] 新手入門，問題一大籮，求教於大家！ I suppose ys audio will welcome u for some demo, even u tell them, I am not going to buy new but want to understand the sound for some model...but may consider some 2nd hand unit etc Apart from having a tube...,any tube amp is just so worry free to use for quite many yrs for a set of tube haha ..
