| [#13] 想問下emt 948 如果聽個時高音開叉要調教的咩野 there is not much to adjust in an emt948 if it works under a proper condition. if there is any defective electronic parts, that would be another matter. if the high frequency is not satisfactory, try to replace another pickup to verify the condition of your own pickup. as the damper in the pickup only last for 10 years even it is under seal. repairng a pickup like tsd-15 sfl cost about 500 euro. there is a gauge from emt to set the VTA which is a very easy job. if you do not have the gauge, set the bearing adjustment screw of the arm at 35 mm above the chassis (check vinyl engine for a copy of 948 manual). there may be chance that the loading to the eq. board 7 950 039 is overloaded. you may try to adj. the left and right levels on the board. the tonearm emt929 is fixed by 2 allen screws on the chassis, there is no chance of a gap if one tights up the screws in a secure manner. |

| [#14] 想問下emt 948 如果聽個時高音開叉要調教的咩野 My humble suggestions of free self-inspection before go for costly professional service: a)Did you do the most basic set up step : leveling of the TT? This is one of the major cause of pitching in high tone for 948. Don't touch any part before you complete this step. b)are all the securing screws unwinding to the end? c)is the platter free flowing? d)if problem persist; take out all cards and check for trace of oxidation and reload them gently and securely. e)the metal panels of the 3 sides do need to put back for shielding purpose. f)making sure the XLR cable are in German config. g)after ll these done, then consider electronics fault Davewong and 孟波 c-hing approach. IMHO, 948 is one of the greatest TT ever made for practical use and good sound. Well constructed in rejection of external disturbance and easy to use. They sound fabulous even only with a low cost Grado MM head. Well deserves their reputation. |

| [#16] 想問下emt 948 如果聽個時高音開叉要調教的咩野 其實玩EMT盤真係買多好些發燒友用唔著既功能，個人會選擇盤，臂，頭，head amp/MC牛及RIAA放大電路自由配搭操控既系統。 當然每個發燒友都會有自己一套見解，自己滿意就OK. |
