| [#1] 進一步改善 Luxman 505u 既音質 小弟幾星期前買左 Luxman D05 同埋 505u，開始進入左2聲道既世界，雖然喇叭只係用緊 B&W 685，但係同之前用AV AMP黎聽歌已經差好遠。 而家套setup煲左大概40個鐘，聽 Jazz 同 D 人聲為主既音樂時覺得幾好，中頻同高頻都可以，人聲亦甜美，分析力同層次亦好好；但係當聽 D 樂器多既音樂時，就會開始覺得 D 樂器癡埋一堆，層次感弱左；同樣問題亦喺低頻度出現，各位師兄，究竟可以怎樣改善呢兩個問題呢？ 小弟 setup 如下： Luxman D05 (AV Matrix Synergy cable) Luxman 505u B&W 685 (EOZOIC SP-68 OFC cable)  |

| [#11] 進一步改善 Luxman 505u 既音質 Indeed, placing speakers on top of cabinet surely will not produce good sound. When the speakers are working & transmit the vibration to the thin cabinet top, it will vibrate as well & muddles the sound. The speakers will also "jump" along with the vibration. If you cannot use speaker stands, there is one inexpensive way to damp the vibration. Buy a piece of SANRUBBER from Hings Group. See the link below. You can browse to search for exact location of their shops. There are a few at Reclamation Street between Mongkok & Yaumatei. "http://www.hingsgroup.com/hings2003/big5/fewproduct_detail.asp?ProductSortDID=8&prodID=69" Sanrubber is in 9mm thick, 910 x 455 mm. Price was $300 a couple of years ago. It is for use under the wooden floor of dancing schools/halls to damp vibration & sound transmission. Several friends with similar situation as yours have tried it & found big improvement. Just use cutter to trim to size of speaker base [or a little larger] & place it on cabinet top. Also, you have to place on top of the Sanrubber a pc of black granite slab minimum 20mm thick, in size same as the cut Sanrubber. This is available from "Marble/building material" shops at Portland Street, MK or in Wanchai. You can place the speakers on the granite slab with or without spikes. Just try which way you find the sound to your taste. I am using the same under my cdp. I can knock under the rack when playing cd & it is not affected by any vibration. |

| [#19] 進一步改善 Luxman 505u 既音質 小ga Hing, Yes, granite slab = 花岗岩板, also called "Ma sek" [pronounced in Cantonese]. Black color has the highest density & least vibration.
