| [#13] Sunaudio 2A3 ＞Any brother know how to change the setting from use 2a3 to 45 tubes or others tubes. Very simple. Just change the two big cathode resistors from 750 ohms to 1.5K and connect your speakers to the 4 ohm output tapping. If you want even better performance, you can get the output transformer for the Sun VT25 amp from Mr. Chan of Reference Audio or get the Nano amorphous cow from diythomas. Both of them have 5K primary tapping for 45 tube. |

| [#20] Sunaudio 2A3 Basically the circuit of Sun Audio amps is similar to Audio Note UK 300B amps like Quest, Shinri, Baransu except B+ is not as high. If you need more power you can ask Mr Chan of Reference Audio to change the power transformer to other Tamura model for you. To convert from 2A3 to 300B, the cheapest way is to change the 750 ohms cathode resistor to 1K, connect plate to 3.5K instead of 2.5K tapping and drop the 2 X 6.3V filament voltage to 2 X 5V with two 1.2 ohm resistors. |
