Devildsound is a NOS DAC and SB is a streming device. If using SB Duet alone(RCA outout) Devilsound DAC is better. ONly when you hook up the SB Duet to external DAC then it will sound a lot better. Changing the power supply of SB also improve the sound however I have not try it. |

My target is to simplify the replay system and computer seems a good way, ideally I only use a PC, a Pre-amp, and a pair of active speakers, even without a DAC. |

After using Squeezebox Transporter for 2 years I am more willing to browse those lesser-listened record than in the past.
