[#3] Any recommended hifi shops in Paris? Also try these 2 shops: http://www.cta-perception.com/ http://www.alainchoukroun.fr/ Or you could buy a Haute Fidelity and see the adverts. If you listen to classical music, don't miss the Diapason magazine. Each issue will have a free CD featuring the CD issued in the month. The CD is made by Sony Austria and the quality is excellent. At the back there are some adverts of hifi shop. The magazine is about HK$100, available in news/magazine shop of the underground/train station (something like WH Smith in HK's airport) and book shop not sure is it available at street news agent ![]()

[#4] Any recommended hifi shops in Paris? There are two to three radio shops (that sell vintage audio gears like Docks Dela Radio) in Rue Jules Vallès, Paris, close to the port de clignancourt when I went there in 2003. There is a big flea market in that area. http://maps.google.com.hk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=zh-TW&geocode=&q=34+Rue+Jules+Vall%C3%A9s+paris&sll=22.38131,114.168639&sspn=0.590469,0.878906&ie=UTF8&ll=48.901924,2.3385&spn=0,359.986267&t=h&z=16&iwloc=A&layer=c&cbll=48.901997,2.338388&panoid=SZchhvsjEPpwHz7hJP4a4w&cbp=12,218.57069470481468,,0,5.000000000000001 ![]()

[#5] Any recommended hifi shops in Paris? Thank you all brothers, I am going there next week. I have been going to Clignancourt for furniture for over 20 years, but I never thought of hunting for audio. I will go again with new eyes. I will take the recommendations from others. Anymore Francophile out there?

[#8] Any recommended hifi shops in Paris? Sorry, I doubt if L'Audiophile has any web link. The shop owner is William Waltham. This is the birthplace for a lot of legendary products like Lectron, Verdier, and products designed by Jean Hiraga. Also there is a tube shop around Metro Replublique station. Should be along Av. Republique. The shop owner used to run by a 90 years old man and it is so full of tubes...A must see if the gentleman still runs it...But it is more than 10 years ago I visited him last time...

[#15] Any recommended hifi shops in Paris? Let us know how is your luck when you come back. Frankly, I found the Vietnamese food in Paris not as good as in Australia, particularly Melbourne. 勇記 perhaps makes the best beef 河粉 on earth. :-)
