[#36] 打造全靜音HTPC 可以我用E4400,靈機一觸,把cpu的風扇拿走,換了一個大散熱器.當然cpu散出來熱要走,就不蓋上機箱蓋.一個多月來都很穩定.不過仍不是全靜音,因硬盆,火牛仍有機械聲.除此外,就機箱,cpu都沒有風扇.很靜.效能都不錯.如硬盆換上ssd應更靜.		7philip 正式會員 218.xxx.xxx.81	2010-05-05 11:43

剛剛彻了一部htpc. 發現錢都花在對付機械噪音上. 但效果好好. 因為夜晚屋企靜到會耳鳴. 所以電腦有任何噪音都顯得刺耳.

silvertone無風扇400W火牛, 0db噪音,
intel 80g SSD
外置HDD
DVD writer 拆鬼咗佢. 用外置. 反正用得少.
舊底板,舊cpu, ( 2.4g duo core TDP 65W only ),靚散熱膏
cpu軟件降頻, 調節風扇轉速. 聽歌時cpu溫度不高, 連靜音cpu風扇都自動停轉.

結果 : 0db 費用約$3300

My to be fanless (PSU still have one fan, to be replaced by DC12V-ATX converter) + Atom 1.6G + SSD Drive for OS.

Music store and ripped by Main PC, copy to USB thumb drive before playing.

Onboard SPDIF out to DAC.

Total cost is $1200.

其實 EeePC 是新入手，notebook 只能用USB DAC, 無得選擇。我另有一台是用 Antec Fusion箱，換超靜 case fan, CPU 是 AMD 的 45W 低耗電，所以就可以Fanless, soundcard 用 onkyo SE-200 ，因為可以 7.1 輸出，想嘗試用 Active CrossOver plugin，也打算加穩壓供 Harddisk 及 DVD writer。

My Antec P150 has two fans, one for power supply and one for case. The case fan has switch which can control the speed, the power supply has automatic fan control. I set the lowest speed for the case fan and it is extremely difficult to hear any "noise" from the fans. I can only hear the noise of the fan during mid-night when there is nothing going on when I am very close to the fan. There is also test report showing that these high quality cases has no measurable noise because its noise equals to ambience noise of the surroundings usually.
