| [#25] 我的conrad johnson premier one 噴火暴斃 Time is really running fast. It is four months from the date of death of P1. I have brought it to a famous shop for repair. It takes two months to fix the problem. After the fixation I plugged it into my system. You know what happen? The OTHER side was not working. I don't know what they had done to my P1. And I sent it back. Now it is another 2 months and I am still waiting. !@$%^&**( At the same time my good freind with P1 have same problem of blowing in humid time. I decide to give it up. Not only because it is fragile, but also because I am too fed up with handling this 120 lb monster and spending hours in connecting the triwire.... I am now using biamp to drive my ATC speaker. Countepoint 400 and Arcam 555. I need to abmit that sound of P1 is addictive and I am still trying to adapt to the cleaner but dryer sound. |

| [#27] 我的conrad johnson premier one 噴火暴斃 今日得閒睇番Ｄ舊post. 雖然耐左Ｄ，都要followup下先。 部p1最終樂聞幫我執番好，也更換了老化電容。至於幾碌直立電容陳生就建議不要郁 我後來買了ｐＳ audio p10供電，雖然Ｐ10註明可以應付任何後級的開機電流，但p1的四碌電容實在太利害，最終拖燒了Ｐ10.後來我在Ｐ1加多一個手動限流綫路。用了Ｐ10供電，電壓可升上230v,低音控制也改善甚多。輸出管也轉用了kt120.多年也相安無事 期間我一直用ＡＴＣ100出聲，也試過其他後級，發覺Ｐ1配ＡＴＣ味道太濃，心中生厭。但去年因緣際會入了－對genesis iii,用其他石後级就氣咳，但Ｐ１就如魚得水。看來有排都唔會換機了。 Long live CJ! |

| [#29] 我的conrad johnson premier one 噴火暴斃 CJ P1 is a good sounding amp. i had 1 20 years ago; also I had a pair of P5 too. Both sound good but not reliable. whenever you drive them hard, they blow the resistors. Good to hear someone using Genesis, I love Genesis & the old Infinity as well. I still have a pair of APM & Genesis 200/201. |
