| [#13] 炒豆聲的困擾! According to Vinylengine we should never: 1.try 濕唱(Don't know why?) 2.消毒火酒溝水 as it will damage the vinyl consistency 3. Or even clean it at all1(???) as they claim every time you play the record you are cleaning it anyway. I would agree the first two but not sure about the third. Personally I would prefer wet clean with vacuum sucking. Most washing liquid produced by renown analogue hardware specialists(Like VPI, LAST etc)should be adequate. Which one is the best will be individual preference. I myself would use the hospital water based skin decontaminate hydrex as they are free for me. I mixed them with soap and sterile water(free again) and it seems working very well for me. |

For convinent , CD is much easier and mre conveninen, but if you always have leisure and free time properly set up and take care of it, the muscial is so fantastic and make me enjoyable. |

Thus, not recommended... 濕唱 and alcohol is not good...? 濕唱 deamge LP...? Why..? Acording to my limited chemistry, alcohol have no chmeical reaction with plastic... so why not good..? |

| [#16] 炒豆聲的困擾! 濕唱 indeed reduce static, lubricating and cooling by reduce the friction between groove and stylus, and let the stylus as cleaner to collect the dust, but at the same time, you may dissolving the glue between the diamond style and cantilever, and corroding the metal of cantilever, and the wetting surface also collection the dust. http://www.vinylparadise.com/LPCollec/LPClean/LPclean1.htm So it's only perform with cheap cartridge and despairing LP before discard, not a way for your everyday playing. And I dunno how serious the 炒豆聲, if you getting $10 LP from duck street, don't expect a very quiet LP, even some of them have groove damage that never restored. Some tolerance to 炒豆聲 is a must for vinyl player, if you find intolerable and no music enjoyable at all, you should replace it. |

| [#18] 炒豆聲的困擾! 濕唱 can be a good way to decrease serious 炒豆聲 if you have vacuum LP cleaner to suck off the cleanning fuid after wet playing. otherwise, the 炒豆聲 may be more serious if you cannot dry up lp after wet playing as hercules hing mentioned. sure better to have a nude diamond tip cartridge is the better way. |

| [#20] 炒豆聲的困擾! for people still using hand cleaning, try 紅威寶 and wipe with microfiber cloth ($15 each from HMV, popular, toray brand), as microfibre having hair much finer than the groove, but I never try it, as I don't have such dirty LP.
