| [#2] 電腦usb出轉spdif入dac,有咩器材好介紹？ Depending on your dac and the distance between your computer and dac, USB on some dac is on par or even better than spdif, but mostly do not. If your computer is more than a few feets from your dac, then you have no choice and use a USB to spdif converter as coaxial can accept a longer run of cable to your dac. I use Schiit Eitr for converting USB to spdif and it sounds great, but Eitr is sensitive to AC pollution/noise, switching on/off a fluorescence light can cause a short interrupt on your music listening. You can overcome this by adding a good AC conditioner. Hope it helps. |

| [#5] 電腦usb出轉spdif入dac,有咩器材好介紹？ If your computer is diy type, there is a chance your motherboard already has spdif pin out. Then all you have to do is to get a pin wire and solder on an rca output. If not, schiit (eitr) and trend (10.1 lite) has USB to spdif converter. 10.1 is more convenient as it does not need separate power in and a dac built in for headphone. Eitr seems to sound a bit better but not by much. (I hv both.) Hope this helps. |

Eitr supports up to 24/192 and i use jriver WDM driver so that everything pass to jriver for DSP/upsampling/downsampling to suit my taste and accommodate dac capability. |

| [#10] 電腦usb出轉spdif入dac,有咩器材好介紹？ Your player/dac should be on an audiophile type, it is no harm to try it's USB first to see if the sound satisfied you as it costs only a USB cable. It is widely accepted that recent dac has a better implementation on USB interface, so it is up to you whether to try out the coaxial part as well. You can do your homework on google on different USB to spdif converter performance in different forums. Sorry, i only tried STXII add on card on PC and Eitr, Eitr performs better.
