get a good CD disc ,. which known to be a very good and dynamic recording

if u feel good = your amp..etc..speaker..etc in generally..ok
also means = u need some effort to handle those Compressed or not so good streaming music, or streaming related equipment need some touch ...

if good CD recording still no goooooooooooood... then lets us know how bad... ,lets see if anyone here can give some suggestion

試吓用地氈等吸音隔音物料，會有改善。另外馬蘭士樂器聲比較後的，所以可能真係要校大聲啲先聽到

A類擴音機或比較合適, 低輸出(細細聲)時 d失真都係低.

&
喇叭貴d d聲清d有層次d. e.g.B&W都係6"附近, 7千蚊 vs 1萬幾蚊 vs 3幾萬蚊, etc.

IMHO, you should upgrade your speaker, what is your budget? If you want the speaker in high resolution and rich in details even in low volume, Both Energy and Wharfedale speaker are not decent enough, get a pair of ELAC speaker in used market which suit your budget.........

大部分音樂基音在150hz~1.5Khz左右，想改善音量細而可得到音量平衡，這此範圍量要足夠。

廠商設定的喇叭平衡曲線，須然大多是平坦的。
但覺得好聽的聲音曲線頻率並不是平直的。
因始要喇叭發出好聲音，就要先掌握到好聽的曲線組合是怎樣，再想出方法去調整，才有好既聲音結果。

我想細細聲聽音樂，但係每次都要開得比較大聲，樂器聲音先至比較清楚＜＜＜但係這個現象同大部分錄音唔好嘅音樂冇乜動態甚至有點壓縮.. 就有這個情況㗎噃

如果佢對喇叭及擴音機嘅配搭... 係可以有動態強弱音都聽得清楚嘅... 咁就係關乎軟件 or streaming device issue

所以我建議第一步係要用排除法... 看看是否跟本喇叭及擴音機嘅配搭有沒有問題

工具就是他這部cd機.. Plus a good pop music recording which he normally listen to..

如果喺相對肯定有動態嘅錄音都係差嘅

就係你們每一個人的建議其中一項目

如果用這個相對有動態嘅靚錄音係講得好嘅..

Then focus on steaming chain..

I cannot concurred with this, the 2nd and 3rd harmonic of music would extend much wider than the said range, that is how we hear for the decay, sustain, ambience, inner details.........

大聲先有野聽一般是因後級唔夠力(或可說喇叭難推)，動態唔夠。但看圖用地磚，大聲點應會撞聲。先加地毯把房中的撞聲減低才慢慢攪吧。

冇提及細聲唔清楚大聲有炒ear

初步判斷係同動態有關...if listen. To good quality 嘅cd冇問題..

事情簡單好多喇 and such test can be easy

Change the speaker. Go to listen different speakers with your preferred volume, then find out the one you like.

Some speakers can only perform well with high volume. But some can do a decent job even with low volume.

You are right. However, I suspect the original poster was not aware of this problem as he thinks he has bigger problem. Yet, whatever the problem is, get the room more tolerating and accommodating to hifi will only get better. Plus, with the carpet added, his conclusion may change. Just do slowly, one thing at a time. Do the sure thing first. :-)

(Yes... I really dislike tile floor.)
