I called to support and they told me to wait for their AV dept colleagues to answer my question, and still no response. Any C-hing has their support about any AV equipement so far? Any experience to share? |

| [#3] 大昌行影音 Support 係廢架 Had horrible experience with them, they dare to still list Audio lab equipment on DCH Website with their so called customer service flatly lie about almost everything to refuse services to product purchased clearly under their dealership period, before transferring to new dealer - P&O hi fi. Not to curse them, but I would not be surprise the DCH group are facing their end days like so many of these old Hong Kong cartels. |
