It was my first time to hear an OB speaker system and I was very impressed the sound your OB reproduced at that time and then I decided to make a pair of OB for my stereo system to replace the cabinet. The picture of my last post in this thread is the OB speaker I just built and I am currently using them in my living room. I like the sound very much. I will connect the two 15" woofers as soon as my other power amp and the crossover network finished. I will keep posted. |

But you know hifi guys being what they are, I keep changing and tweaking and I admitted the sound you heard that time may be the best and what i did afterward was nothing more than going around in circle. Let's catch up. Is your design based on BD-Design Bert's model? It seems to remind me of somethign like that, that uses AER MD3 instead of Fostex...can't be sure though. |
