| [#4] 如何清空 Tamura 電源牛 some epoxy get soften ..around 20 to 90 degree C....... if it is for that power transformer...i believe that softening temperature for that particular epoxy will be above 60 degree.... as those normal operating temp may be around 50ish ........ worth a try ...within bath of water..keep adding heat...monitor the temperature.. ..with constant pull if u lucky...u may able to pull the whole block out at the transiting temperature... if that epoxy get soften at 72 degree C.... u will feel it..and keep it around 72... as if it is 80 degree...it get harder again..etc... i suggest...u try adding heat by a water bath.... try try i assume u do not want to buy another cage....... good luckkkkkkkkkkkkk 最後修改時間: 2022-06-30 21:11:28 |

| [#8] 如何清空 Tamura 電源牛 hot water bath.........or in an oven... good luck.... it is possible to pull it out cleanly at right temperature at a narrow temp range...those epoxy is soften...and if u can catch that moment... then pull it out... the challenge is the size ....i guess it will take some time to lets the heat go even.... we did that for some smaller PCB sealing and Oven it soft to remove them from a plastic casing..etc.. 最後修改時間: 2022-07-01 13:07:32 |
