寫?讀? From Sony support:
An error that starts with C13 or C31 relates to the actual disc being played. The disc may be dirty, scratched, or inserted incorrectly, preventing the laser from reading the disc. Clean the disc and ensure the disc is inserted properly. This also can be an indication that the disc you are attempting to play is not compatible with the player. Check the instruction manual of the player to confirm if the disc type is supported for playback. Manuals are available online through the Manuals, Specs & Warranty link on this page.
最後可能是死頭.

there's a fix for this error code, run service mode, select #1 Auto Alignment, then follow the screen instructions, of course you have to connect to a TV monitor.

我換過此機新光頭, 但讀碟不理想, 原來架機設計要行一次 Auto Alignment 調節個光頭靈敏度, that's why!!

唔該哂兩位師兄！等我試下run service menu!不過我覺得唔係光頭老化，因為我試過哂其他D Sacd,只有兩隻寫不到sacd果面,cd 面ok! 其餘所有Sacd, cd , dvd,全部都無問題!

6-2. STARTING TEST MODE
Press [TITLE], [CLEAR], [POWER] buttons on the remote commander
in this order with the power of main unit in OFF status,
and the Test Mode starts, then the menu shown below will be displayed
on the TV screen. At the bottom of menu screen, the model
name and revision number are displayed.
To execute each function, select the desired menu and press its
number on the remote commander.
To exit from the Test Mode, press the POWER button.

我作天換了Sony DVP-s9000es光頭起因係開機時祗能讀SACD DVD, 不能讀CD, 要煲大約半小時先可正常讀CD 換了之後一切正常但我都入 Auto Adjustment set 多一次不過呢個動作要你的光頭正常讀到 DVD-SL CD DVD-DL SACD 先有效如果唔係根本set唔到 C 1300 錯碼係光頭無法讀到資料比份解碼的顯示嘻嘻我估係咁掛各位師兄唔好笑我

換光頭要小心使用排線,因排線插入次數有限,要小心,最緊要睇清楚接觸點有冇損壞,如有損壞就要更換,否則可能損壞光頭及解碼部份,咁就大鑊,Sony DVP-s9000es 所謂高級機,用埋D垃圾光頭,KHM-220AAA又讀唔到CD-R,現在又難買到全新的,可能因為冇頭換而變為垃圾,係此機最敗筆地方
