| [#88] Luxman vs Jeff Rowland I've listened to Jeff Rowland (different models, integrated, preamp, power amp) driving ProAc speakers. Jeff Rowland has a distinct sweet sound in the high frequencies, and very very clean, transparent midrange. However, the sound can become sharp sometimes when singers reach high key, and it was not a good feeling. For Luxman, the sound is more even and smooth throughout whole frequency range. To drive ProAc, I recommend you ask the sales to show you Luxman SQ-38u. It's sound is even smoother than L590A. |
