| [#8] Speaker Internal Wire suggestion for a B&W12 Why you are always looking for something that I have on hand? B&W M800 series use VDH as their original internal wire. Take a very close look of the wires and you can find the model and then just upgrade to thicker version. http://www.vandenhul.com/c_Internal%20Wiring.aspx BTW, the perfectionist will use crimp terminals not soldering the leads to the speaker drivers. They are not available in HK and harder to find now on the internet. I have tried for half an hour now but failed. |

| [#10] Speaker Internal Wire suggestion for a B&W12 I have a KBX matched for Wilson sub-woofer (can't remember exactly what it is) and a board matched for M801 and maybe also suitable for M800 but too lazy to find out now. You figure it out yourself la. As to 808.1 & 808.2, they have both gone to a happy user in PRC la. The new owner advised to change the DVD-ROM to another DSL-720A and you should be able to hear the difference. I have eyed on 800 as well and one of its greatest advantage is for playing DVD-A but the up-sampling board OA24 is crucial. |
