| [#5] OPPO-105或OPPO-103播ISO檔案問題 I want to buy OPPO, thus ask these questions. Hence, I cannot answer the captioned question on behalf of OPPO Blu-ray player. But, can reply in general case: The maximum streaming speed of input I/O in Blu-ray player is 100Mbps and 480Mbps for 10/100 Ehternet (Few supports Giga LAN) and USB2.0 respectively. Hence, USB2.0 I/O has higher streaming capability. For any media file which includes video formats of MKV, MP4, etc... and audio formats of WAV, MP3, FLAC, etc…, you can use blu-ray player to play them via USB2.0 I/O with external HDD storage. For DLNA certified Blu-ray player such as Pioneer, Philips, Sony, etc…, you can either use Blu-ray player to stream these media file via Ethernet (i.e. LAN port) with external HDD storage or use NAS built-in O/S to play these media files. For non-certified DLNA Blu-ray player, it may still work, but need to try. Most of audio file works fine at low streaming speed. But, it may encounter problem if you stream HD video file such as 50GB BD-ISO which requires speed of 50~70Mbps via 100 Ehternet. Then, it needs to try by practical testing. Lastly, most of Blu-ray cannot perform as an USB Asynchronous DAC except OPPO-105 which consists of excellent video chipset Marvell Qdeo and audio DAC chipset ESS SABRE Reference ES9018. |

| [#7] OPPO-105或OPPO-103播ISO檔案問題 謝謝回答！ 第一，同意屋企Network影響streaming效果，不同牌子的10/100 Router的throughput不同，如Cisco和Berlkin很好，TPLink就性價比高，throughput就低，所以不同屋企有不同最高streaming效果。 第二，知到HDMI的Input方法是可行，畫質及音質是主觀，最好自己試過看效果。另外，OPPO官方網頁http://www.oppodigital.com 說OPPO-105/103之HDMI的output是支持Dolby True HD畫質及DTS-HD Master Audio (HDMA) 音質的，但HDMI的Input沒說過不支持，不知師兄資料從何來呢？ 第三，越獄軟件，我都期待緊。 |

| [#9] OPPO-105或OPPO-103播ISO檔案問題 另外對喜歡玩CAS的發燒友分享一下，雖然只有OPPO-105可用作USB DAC，但你也可以用OPPO-103的HDMI input玩CAS，只將電腦的CAS software的輸出由USB轉HDMI的I/O，再輸入OPPO-103的HDMI input，經OPPO-103的DAC chipset去輸出兩聲度音響(RCA) 到功放，OPPO-103的DAC chipset都很好聲，雖我未買OPPO，但我很有信心it works。因我試過將電腦的CAS software的輸出由USB轉HDMI的I/O，再輸入AV amplifier的HDMI input，OK呀！試下這樣用CAS玩OPPO-103又無防！我叫OPPO-105及OPPO-103可作HDMI DAC一用。 |

Typical example of CAS using Foobar2000 with HDMI output as below: Software: CAS software: Foobar2000 Audio driver: WASAPI O/S: Windows Vista or above, recommend Win 7 Setting: Assign output of WASAPI to HDMI output Reduce buffer size (latency). Try 500ms to 50ms buffer size (Default 1000ms) with practical listening test. Other CAS software also works with HDMI output such as JRiver. |
