| [#2851] Formula 1 我覺得呢個 Team Order 落得準，從管理者角度去諗： 1. 唔好令牛奶仔沮喪，或者令佢覺得車隊玩佢。 2. 奧斯卡讓呢場只係讓 3 分，可以話係讓得起，奧斯卡如果拒絕就令人覺得佢小氣。 3. 用呢個 Team Order 去加強車隊嘅威信，即使係「準世界冠軍」都需要服從車隊指令。 我覺得 Andrea 當機立斷嘅做法好清晰。 |
