| [#11] BMW E39 tick tick tick noise... Solved - low engine oil. Put in 1 litre of "S*ell Ultra", noise completely gone. The noise really was as loud as in the video. Then oil service light came on about a week later, had engine flush, the Ultra oil and new filter. Very quiet and smooth again! |

| [#14] BMW E39 tick tick tick noise... Some basics... 1. Spare key work? 2. Do you have the full MID OBC computer? If so can set PIN code. If you fail to enter correctly and try to start the car the alarm should sound. |
