[#21] benz c coupe 2016 @Tipp If you don't spot dual-colour seats on the C250 then it's probably not Edition 1 I've been told only Ed 1 has such dual-tone leather/Alcantara combo upholstery which is not even available under the MB Designo selection OTOH the AMG bodystyling on the GLC250d seems nice The problem however is with the 250d... (You can't go very fast with it) With the 250d it's better paired with the Offroad Line bodystyling to convince customers that it can indeed do some offroading (esp. when equipped with Offroad Engineering Package) But I must agree, choosing between Offroad and AMG bodystyling can be a huge dilemma You want your GLC to do well onroad, or offroad? I doubt the GLC is really a vehicle for heavy off-road driving. If one really want that should opt for a real off-road 4wd instead. The GLC should be one mainly for city driving and occasionally do for some slightly rough road driving. The AMG body kid, though is purely aesthetic, in this case for the GLC would not matter too much in reality.

The '250' diesel engine although could not go too fast, it should, like other diesel engine provide a good torque for a nice acceleration.

Yes, which is why local sales often advise against the Offroad Eng package and that it's not even available in some other regions eg. Jap and USA

But at the same time MB has demonstrated that their Offroad Eng tech's offroad-specific engine/chassis management can deal with some of those rough terrains, even though it may not be as effective as a real offroad chassis with low range and real mecha diffs etc.

Yes, except that there's always the diesel emissions problem which is under scrutiny, and lately I haven't seen any 250d models available for HKDM (eg. GLE250d)
That said, the OM651 is one of the best diesels available IMHO
