Only means is to cool down the battery as well. Fireman gets to familiar with location of battery. Latest development is to add iron phosphate in the cell to lower down such risk. Many European countries would adopt EV, no combustion engine by 2030. Big profit. Parts are proprietary, hence high marked up cost. How about battery having limited life span? Principle is to invert the battery DC to AC for controller feeding ac motor, as governed by accelerator(pedal). Frequency changing, more electronics. Some might have dc motor. There is another auxiliary battery for car equipment, hence needs a dc/dc converter. Can be quite sophisticated. Combustion engine, namely mechanical plant. Electrical aspect is the starting battery and motor, carburetor and spark plug. Processor for exquisite car. |
