If Germany thinks that it is agreeable, they will ask HK to do it and Germany will re-imburst HK agent. At the first instant, HK agent is always reluctant to take up responsibilitites unless Germany agrees! VW is German equivalent of Nissan or Toyota of Japan who makes day to day cars not premium cars anyway! |

Although its manager have 100% confidence to repair it this time as he said, I really don't have much faith on it. Anyway, he promised to check why the chassis no is changed with the contract during delivery, I'll have the answer at 3/1/2012 have I sand my car to its service centre. |

| [#29] Volkswagon Mega Sales-疑將display 車富新車賣 I think the quality of VW is not that bad. I believe some bad sales cheat and hence damage the reputation of the brand. Probably that is due to the sales target set at a very aggressive level. Having said that, the management is not excused. They need to foresee as many potential problems as possible and prevent or rectify them. Or the sale target is only paper talk as customers will steer themselves from this brand. |

| [#32] Volkswagon Mega Sales-疑將display 車富新車賣 Noise are hard to fix. I own a 2007 BMW E93, their first convertible hardtop and got that problem as well. Sold it after a while. But regarding the chassis number, you should escalate to head of sales and double confirm what is the original number. |
