| [#6] VW 2012 Jetta Car is good, but after sales service is bad but expensive, it charges u $7xxx a year if you want to keep 5 years limited warranty. If u don't keep, it will charge u an arm and a leg in case anything bad happened. |

| [#7] VW 2012 Jetta Agree that VW is generally good quality and value car. It is the dealer (now VW itself) and after sales service that suck big time. VW is not alone. Many European cars have the same problem in Hong Kong. But I feel strange that after talking to friends, the current VW dealership is run by VW direct but it is even worse than the old days. I bought my Golf GT (5th Generation) before the dealership change hands. At least back then the sales were polite and knowledgeable. But over the past year I keep reading about poor sales attitude, arrogant and sometimes slippery sales and messy customer services on VW cars. Given these are quite wide spread and consistent opinions I think this unpleasant situation has some truth in it. Unless this changes I would be betting my money on a VW again. While spending money to buy humiliation ? |

| [#9] VW 2012 Jetta sales 態度唔好, there're a LOT of examples If your mess up the first impression upon entering the showroom, those goons are going to screw you Bentley, Audi, BMW, Porsche...... you name it. Been there, done that Anyway, if anyone is concerned with VW maintenance costs, just forget the Jetta and get something else... For 1.5L vehicles there're other better Jap alternatives |
