| [#2] Procedures of selling car 想問賣ニ手車的procedures和要注意的地方? 1. Buyer pay deposit, sign a standard agreement (which you can find online easily) 2. Buyer arrange and pay for 驗車費. 3. Buyer buy motor insurance 4. Buyer and Seller go to TD and do the title transfer. (car usually parked near TD after final inspection by Buyer, but seller keep holding to the keys) 5. After transfer is done, Buyer pay the seller the final amount and Seller handover the keys to the Buyer. 6. shake hands and good bye 買家要求上格驗車,昰否買家比驗車費? 1.Anything can be negoaiated but normally yes 買家比. 2. Usually tranfer fee is 50 : 50. 3. If keeping old number plate, usually Seller pay. |
