| [#2] 寶馬x1換呔 Hi rover901 c hing, I owned a X1 previously, and since it is FR car (not AWD) car, I suggest you to change to non-run flat tyres (run flat tyres are a bit bumpy and in HK situation, there is no necessary for such use), which honest suggest is PSS (Michelin Pilot Super Sport, if you choose 35 thickness, you will immediately feel it responses to road reality, which 40 is more recommended, if you go off road sometimes, I suggest you to change to Michelin Latitude Sport 3, it is designed for Porsche Macan S (NO) tyres, and it handles well in both dry and wet weather. Please be noted that PSS is a bit easily to wear off but the grip is excellent. If you have drove your X1 for more than 30000km, please arrange a wheel alignment, which is usually $800-1000. I will look into the PSS, but I think I will keep using 225/45/18, 35 or 40 will be a bit to thin, I think my wife wouldnt like it :) I will ask BMW to align the wheels for me in the coming check. | [#4] 寶馬x1換呔 I finally have the standard Pirelli P7 tyres changed to PSS The car immediately feel lighter and faster, seems like the old P7 tyres are way too heavy Thanks Isaac hing for your kind advice |
