| [#1] Audi 非机械修理 我部a6,剛 落地1年. 左面風口个調較 '轆' 無故趺了入內, 用幼夾也夾不出來....問了sales, 原廠不包此保養,要訂出風口, 6个星期, 拆 dashboard...好貴. 其實吾整都得, 但除外觀不靚仔 外( only 1 year), 因風口是關閉左 before 个轆跌入去. 現左面無 冷氣出! 有無仁兄可賜意見? Many thanks  |

| [#2] Audi 非机械修理 Take it to some local garage, they might have a cheaper fix. surely you want to fix it on this nice and young A6! meanwhile, can you use a screw driver or somethgin to open it up phsyically so it can be functional again? also you can try give hardtime to the sales. this kind of quality is not really accetpable for the amount of moeny you paid for the car. say you will complaint to AUDI germany, and local press plus consumer council should do the job. can't believe they run a dealership like this in HK as if A6 is a collora? 最後修改時間: 2012-09-28 11:58:17 |

| [#3] Audi 非机械修理 ＞Seanbeer, I also have same frustration. Cannot believe such workmanship ! I think I will call direct to DCH for their comments rather than via sales dept. I have no small kids. We did nothing at all to this part. Just my wife want to turn on 風口, and it dropped inside. |

| [#4] Audi 非机械修理 agree! definately go for it! not accetpable for a luxury saloon. my 1999 golf never did that and now my 2005 A4 dones't have this proble either, so your 2011 A6 shouldn't! its just pure bad QC. which is resonable if they fix it for u at no cost, you do expect some imperfection but not to blame the custoemr ! |
