| [#34] Question on 28car.com no need full insurance. 3rd party is enough. If you are only a P driver, you need to quote from more insurance agent as it could be very expensive for you. Get a cheap cheap car and collect NCD before getting your next real one and pay for full insurance. |

I'm not familiar with what he has to check but he will definitely check if it has been 入過水, any 大撞. I ask if he can help to check if the transmission fluid and the brake is ok, he replied that he can do it for me also. That's make me very worry on what item that he is going to check. May I know normally what will be the scope of "car checking"? Thanks! |
