| [#97] 紅酒分享 我係新手. 最深刻印象係 Pencil 木味好重.我鐘意. 其他唔識講, 抄錄如 This year there is a whopping 73% Cabernet Sauvignon in the second wine of Château Haut Brion, giving it a slightly firm character. A fine, earthy Graves nose with some hints of cedary new wood. Quite dry and peppery on the palate with lots of plush licorice. Firm tannins. Lovely, sweet fruit, with berry, chocolate and toasted oak. Medium- to full-bodied, with silky tannins and a long, fresh finish. Delicate and refined Score: 89-91 重可礎h 5-6 年. |
