Hard to be absorbed due to age, obesity, skin colour,liver/kidney function. Direct sunlight is good, not via glass panel which blocks uvb. I want to check my D level. Originally she planned to have monovalent(useless as fourth jab or even worse) but changed her mind. 8.5 million people in the States were having flu H1N1 and H3??, but not spread to HK yet due to fewer visitors. Similar for XBB1.5.(but predicted to be dominating) Why not BF7 due to proximity? Got to join the CNY feast reluctantly, especially with someone with unknown health condition.
