Her metabolic syndromes(3 highs, CHOL is a controversy, she was having high HDL) were kept to subclinical values, viz borderline pass. Both omega 3 and fish liver oil are my family's regimen. For the former, better find extra virgin one(wife didn't love it) or full spectrum instead of molecular distilled one. Carlson fish liver oil especially for recovered patient after COVID. Conversion of vitamin A from carrot is 6%, basically useless. Haven't done any blood tests in the last few years due to pandemic, only regular dental appointment and eye test, yet always deferred. Better choice of foods, immunity enhancement and anti-oxidant to avoid AGE(advanced glycation end-product) and better still cancer prevention. |
