| [#13] 香港「民主指數」下跌，落後非洲國家 It's quite obvious that people would consider leaving. However, there are pros and cons. Against all odds, there are a few BNO'ers acting as HK returnees. (low percentage out of 180,000 immigrants) Hard to make a living over there. Besides, quite problematic even if you can buy a house, the maglinant Japanese knotweed which can render the house useless, zero mortgage loan(well established, not exaggerating). 3m deep root, 7m widespread, fast growing in summer. 5 years for eradication and final certification. Many things from Japan are wicked save for the AV girls. Besides, things taken for granted in HK, general practitioner consultation, education, climate are hard to deal with.
