| [#180] 抽濕機，是不是 000 最好? Compressor was Panasonic, made in China for 22.5 L one. (opened up for cleaning and taking photos) Got 3, one bought as used $1,500.(not satisfied from day one of installation) People raved about this on the Internet due to conformity.(9 guys say yes, the remaining guy would not say no) I wouldn't do so without fact check. Big guy should be noisy, at least high rate ventilation. Fortress one is relatively quiet, got a used one 28 L from an expat, $500 only. (unfortunately, missing invoice, otherwise should have warranty) Oasis is extremely noisy due to US design but made in Ireland, components from Mexico, reliable. Thin casing, hence rattling sound.(additional damping material required, similar to playing hi-fi). Besides, no auto defrosting so start/stop many times during Fall/Winter. Basically, the defrosting sensor is only for protection, to stop the appliance to avoid damaging to compressor. Beauty is easy to open up and clean, low second hand value.(for buyer, not for selling, got two at $150-200 each from expats) If the room is large, it's better to have 2 smaller dehumidifiers rather than one, to provide more even air flow.
