| [#12] 換分體式冷氣機一問 Never heard of such brazing at the 4 flared joints, difficult to take down for repair. Basically use torque wrench for tightening the nuts.(18 and 40Nm for 1 hp unit, low and high pressure tubes, got the Yellow Jacket wrenches) Use bond steel to strengthen the joint mechanically, should be OK, though still the weakest part of the system. Nylog sealant applied at the joint, can go through vacuum test easily. Already overkill. Brazing is for jointing 2 tubes(with nitrogen passing inside to avoid oxidation), should not use flared nuts due to weak strength.MV Now what, R32, can be even worse due to higher working pressure. Installed 2 nos. R22 split units(re-using indoor units and copper tube) and one "3/4 hp window unit(405mm width, 1600 cooling watt only) inside kitchen" and one 4kW pressure type electric water heater, last 2 month. CMV R22 1hp unit, RMB 1200, buy only if you can DIY. If installation entrusted to C-fu(high installation cost, sometimes, need scaffolding), better have Panny or Daikin. 最後修改時間: 2019-07-28 09:52:11 |
