| [#10] 楼上燥音問題救求 好鄰居難求！舊樓本來都喺老住戶，無管理都相安無事，開始變劏房後就人流愈複雜，上年年尾樓上又有單位改做劏房後，呢批新住客好無公德心，不分早晚關大門大力到成層樓都聽到，隨樓梯掉煙頭、紙巾，有人頂唔順，每戶信箱派告示，但你有你提示，佢就更加大力關門，吹漲，只希望租約完，業主唔同佢續租。 |

A probe fixed on your floor and ceiling, c/w a vibrator. (remote control is useful)Need to fight back if neighbor not being co-operative. Walking, need to tolerate unless high heel shoes in the middle of the night. (loosened slippers, too) In village house, concrete is so thin that you can hear water tap turning on downstairs.(high water pressure hence like a machine gun) Perhaps, moaning. | [#19] 楼上燥音問題救求 Loud thudding sound is deep penetrating to the ears. Mr. Ma's one is the way to go. Even I used to stay on Lamma Island once a week, I was considered being "noisy" and some guys were really picky.(fastidious) Sleep before 11pm, lifting chairs before moving(not sliding), balcony glazed door with copper roller replaced by nylon double rollers so much quiet.(big job since a refrigerant pipe went through left portion of door which needed to be taken out first and put aside before working on right portion) water pressure reducing valve as mentioned.
