| [#23] 中國肺炎 - 日常防疫貼士 (不定期更新) 何栢良倡購買蔬果要浸泡半小時 罐頭沖洗頂部才入櫃 星島日報 2020年4月4日 下午7:45 何醫生提醒做好食物衛生。 【星島日報報道】港大傳染病中心總監何栢良拍攝短片提醒市民處理食物也要注意衞生，他表示香港的食物安全，包括在超市購買的食物，因為香港自1月開始幾乎人人戴口罩，處理菜、水果、理貨時表面不會有口水花。市民在香港無需擔心食物傳染新冠病毒，強調市民做好衞生。 他舉例，英國、美國在1至3月初，社會9成人不戴口罩，越來越多人感染，食物表面就有機會受病毒感染。冠狀病毒在任何表面，尤其在香港潮濕環境，不要以為數個小時就消失無傳染性，塑膠、包裝、水果表面，如果有污染的話與按鈕或門把存活時間一樣甚至更長。 市民在超市或濕街市做起，食物買回家之後，比如蘋果和橙，先將包裝袋棄置，將水果丟落洗碗盆，起碼浸泡半小時，期間開水喉沖洗表面的污染物。浸泡完就用抹布抹乾及用筲箕晾乾。蔬菜也要浸泡更長時間，因為預防蔬菜有表面農藥而非細菌、病毒。蔬菜起碼浸泡半小時，同樣開水喉沖洗污染物，並且要煮熟食用。麵包方面要留意，麵包店商戶是否衞生操作，除了托盤是否乾淨，入袋之前的麵包是否放在地下，運送過程如果污染就不只是表面。如果商戶成條麵包放在地下，最好不要購買。市民觸摸麵包包裝之前最好洗手。 而市民拆開包裝食物過程之前都要洗手。罐頭表面容易藏有污染物，最好開水沖洗，抹乾放入櫃，罐頭食物最好用明火或者電磁爐烹調加熱。粟米片這一類宜倒出食用，不應用手直接接觸食物，湯匙要乾淨或者直接倒出。 另外，超市手推車或手柄藏有細菌，污染程度等同升降機按鈕，大家去超市購物，接觸過之後必須用濕紙巾或洗手。 |

Apart from 3M 1860s, 3M 8210 was also one of the stock items. It might have shredded some light on whether N95 masks produced primarily for industrial use can provide sufficient protection for most of the jobs in hospitals. I usually flip my refrigerant bottle(or 3 second glue) up side down for storage, viz gas on top, liquid at bottom to prevent leakage.(can last for a few years) Just simple observation. N95, still no viral efficiency test, the remaining 5% particles can be detrimental. If possible, find a pack of this drug.(sold out, $700 if available. US 20 for treatment cycle in New York?) Already approved by FDA for emergency use. | [#31] 中國肺炎 - 日常防疫貼士 (不定期更新) From Good mask FB. https://www.facebook.com/hkgoodmask/photos/a.117583576538272/121361936160436/?type=3&theater Some points people may not aware of. 超級市場什麼人也可進入去，運輸過程更不用說。隱形患者摸過的物件大家不知道帶了回家怎麼辦？ 我在此綜合幾個方案： 1) 外出時買餸袋千萬不要放在地上 (大部份咳嗽出來的病毒都貼在地上)，如不慎放過落地或碰過外間的椅棹，買餸袋回家後一定要徹底清洗或丟棄。 2) 由於這病毒抵冷能力很高 (可藏在冰格內兩年之久)，放進雪櫃之前的物件如有包裝，最好先用酒精抹一抹外層消毒。 3) 不需要即時食用的物品 (麵米、罐頭、袋裝薯片餅乾、醬油等)，回家後可能的話先放在一角，72小時 (3日)後才上架。這樣可以節省消毒藥水，也較環保。 4) 因紙盒容易藏病毒，紙盒包裝的食品需棄掉外盒，用家中的容器裝內裏的食物。過程中要確保食物不要觸碰到外盒或正在開箱的手。 5) 水果用稍為帶有鹼液的水搓洗後，用攝氏72度或以上的水溫浸15秒以上才可食用。[傳染學教授袁國勇教的] 6) 食物當然要以高溫煮過，但煮食後也最好用番梘洗手20秒，以防在處理食物的過程中雙手沾到病毒。 最後修改時間: 2020-04-06 08:30:20 |
