| [#4] Panasonic 變頻式冷暖窗口機 Sound power level is different from sound pressure level. The former, independent of distance. Besides, within a room, reverberation, must be noisy. Also depending on strength of concrete support. Room cooler must be noisy due to design. No point of paying too much money. |

My Dept had been using thousands of inverters for chemical dosing so I knew what they were. Depend on application. So don't be fooled by marketing strategy. Progressive is in fact working backwards.
