| [#1686] 精工錶同好會 㸃解呢隻係110th嘅？ ============================================================================================== Kintaro Hattori, originally repairing and selling watches and clocks, made the first Japanese wristwatch, Laurel , in 1913, so technically 110 years ago(2023). But it wasn't until 1924 did SEIKO officially carry the name SEIKO, so 100th Anniversary in 2024. The Laurel has Red 12 mark so the Presage also has the Red 12. The first Seiko has Black 12 mark so also Black in 2024. I believe I bought that first Seiko from a street seller in Cat Street in the early 80's, just a few hundred HK$.
