| [#1] 間中會覺得血糖勁低會係乜病? 我自己會間中, 可能幾個月一次. 無端端會突然手震, 暈暈地又有啲餓既感覺. 直覺就係血糖低. 如果pak幾粒糖, 或者幾塊曲奇, 或者一罐氣水就好快會冇事 (幾分鐘內). 但你話係肚餓咩, 又未必, 因為幾我四個鐘前先食完一餐. 我有時十幾個鐘唔食野都冇事... 咁會係咩病? |

Also so-called dawn effect.(would boost up blood sugar when one is having activities) Normally, to be checked 2 hours after meal. For more confirmatory test for pre-diabetes(DM II), it's the value of A1C.(glucose bound to haemoglobin) reflecting average value of the last 3 months. Besides, when you find blood sugar level appears to be OK, it might not be OK since body would maintain such level by secreting more insulin hormone(can be a few times) due to insulin resistance.(lock is gummed, hence key cannot open it) Most doctors would overlook the test of insulin. People would be fat (especially having belly fat) and still hungry all the time. Can't tell too much without blood sugar test values. Already got 2 sets of these(instrument, 50+50 papers with standard 28G needle, don't buy extra 33 G, too thin), inexpensive. International standard requires only 15% accuracy or 0.8 value when exceeding 5. Insulin can be 5 times high, hence high blood glucose 2 hr after meal and then rapid drop of glucose levels. Sooner or later, insulin is depleted and type 2 diabetes. |
