| [#1] 胃酸倒流 早時發覺胃酸倒流變得嚴重 尤其是吃得飽之後 好多時睡到半夜酸水上喉 幾乎想嘔吐 友人介紹吃famotidine這隻成份胃藥 果然使得 ( 有同樣情況網友 不妨一試此藥 應該不需處方 ) |

| [#4] 胃酸倒流 In fact, the drug is very common so don't get too excited. It inhibits the production of Renin which assists the production of stomach acid. Good for short term basis and side effects are there in having less stomach acid. Better eat earlier before going to bed. | [#6] 胃酸倒流 alexander兄 謝謝提醒 弟胃酸倒流過往很輕微 只是近期次數多了 入睡後尤其容易有酸水湧喉 現吃了胃藥就未再出現 過一段時間後會停藥(除非再經常胃酸倒流) 會儘量睡前不吃東西 也不敢吃得很飽 |

| [#8] 胃酸倒流 我之前同你情況差唔多,好明顯係食得太飽果晚就出事,半夜四五點痛醒一直痛至十一二點,好凖時,哈哈! 照過胃鏡話胃酸過多.,所以控制飲食就會好好多,亦試過長期食醫生開嘅藥都好似冇咩效,反而係一年前開始跑步運動後就冇再痛過. |

| [#9] 胃酸倒流 胃酸倒流可大可小, 我六七年前己有此情況, 食 famotidine 和 alum 之類有時有效. 卒之 2011 去 照胃鏡, 發現有十二指腸 duodunum ulcer 和 巴雷斯食道症 Barrett's esophagus. 医生開 nexium 叫长食, 又叫三年後再照. Nexium 一食五年, 果然有效, 胃酸倒流完全消失, 也没有再去照. 一向参加了政府長者保健計畫, 近两年驗身医生話 Barrett's esophagus 患者應去排期 再照胃鏡, 但都冇理佢. 直至上月偶然聴聞朋友長者患食道癌走了, 末期非常辛苦. Yee, 食道癌同巴雷斯食道症 (Barrett's esophagus 见下）有冇關係? Google下先, 嘩, 唔係幾对路噃: [又稱為巴洛氏食道症 、巴雷特症候群、巴瑞特氏食道症，是一種食道細胞病變的症狀，是遠端食道黏膜的鱗狀上皮細胞由柱狀上皮細胞所取代的病變，這種癌前病變的現象是1950年代由英國外科醫師諾曼•巴雷特最先提出。這種症狀大多是經由食道胃逆流所引起的，而食道腺癌有50%發生率是由巴雷特症演變。在現今的社會中食道腺癌的發病率逐年的提高[1]，以至於這種疾病逐漸的被重視] 上两週同子女講講, 女兒立即捉去照镜. 结果無事, 但食道症仍然係度,雖然冇變恶. 十二指腸 duodunum ulcer 就消失, 即是 nexium 有效. 因为仍然有食道症, 而家開始戒辛辣野, 但酒就不戒了. |

Nexium (esomeprazole) is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Nexium is used to treat symptoms of gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions involving excessive stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is also used to promote healing of erosive esophagitis (damage to your esophagus caused by stomach acid). Nexium may also be given to prevent gastric ulcer caused by infection with helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), or by the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Nexium is not for immediate relief of heartburn symptoms. |

| [#17] 胃酸倒流 各師兄早晨， 今年1月胃痛(可能心情緊張影響), 食白色胃餅藥(2月尾開始減，需要時才食)至4月去旅行前才康復， 幾日前照了胃窺鏡，有胃酸倒流，冇胃潰瘍同其他病症。。。 醫生俾了一種「抑制胃酸分泌」的紅色藥物，十星期療程。 我盡量唔敢食，打算食中藥慢慢調理，咁做法啱唔啱？ 目前胃狀況間中少少銀住銀住，不痛，有便秘情況(可能心情緊張影響) Thanks all brother for help!! p.s. 冇酸水湧喉習慣(印象中每年只試過一次)； 舊年至以前後生間中有食宵夜或平時食飽瞓壞習慣， 今年已開始戒了食宵夜，努力忍住不食； 平時食飽瞓壞習慣暫時改少了， 過往１０成飽食量飽已由今年５月慢慢改至約７～８成飽。 |

| [#18] 胃酸倒流 Got a few packs of PPI omeprazole or similar, and if you want them, you can have them for free. Personally, I won't take these. A misconception in Western medicine, GERD is due to excessive stomach acid. I got query beforehand. If stomach acid is effective to digest food, it should be stopped automatically, hence no surplus. (used as on required basis) Then, I found a few footages on Youtube pointing out that it's due to weak stomach acid(low pH), hence bloating, kind of overflowing instead. Strong stomach acid is the essence to good health. GERD is quite common occurrence(a symptom, not exactly ailment) in the States, half population got such at least once a month. Since your case is severe, should not stop drug cold turkey.(viz immediately, should reduce gradually should you find alternative means) My symptoms are mild, sourness in mouth at midnight, yet improving by trying various means.(folks would not believe even I disclose here, scepticists) I can't see how Chinese herbs can really help.(but Lam Chu is a good start, opposite to Hopewell building) 最後修改時間: 2019-08-01 10:14:05 |
