| [#1] 無良業主 早前小弟樓上單位新裝修, 跟住發覺有不尋常水喉震動聲, 之後個天花仲發現滲水, 食環署有委託承辦商量度數據, 屋宇署也有做漏水測試, 期間樓上裝修師傅有到我單位查看, 還說他已經找到兩個源頭, 已經修理好,我仲問佢係咪馬桶漏水, 因為滲水情況在馬桶上方, 當時師父仲話會幫我執手尾, 而家屋宇署出咗報告發現唔到地台滲水, 個業主即刻話唔關佢事, 仲唔肯幫我執手尾, 請問各師兄有咩經驗可以同小弟分享一下 |

| [#5] 無良業主 Need a third party to check again wrt suspected toilet leakage in chemical content, uric acid etc. Can't go to court without further report, otherwise, must lose due to BDD report. Toilet bowl, easy to check and fix leak for horizontal drainage pipe. Vertical one, concealed, hard to check. I took out a one pc. toilet to fix, heavy. Bath tub, if any, can leak at the joint. Information is so little. |

| [#9] 無良業主 Impossible to repair upper neighbor's leakage except for my recent case. Drainage U trap of upper floor looped into my flat and had been leaking for months. I used a box to hold the water but seeing the recent epidemics, I would need immediate attention. I told the c-Fu that I would blank off the drainage pipes should there be no repair undertaken. In fact, bond steel can mend the leakage point but needed to dismantle the false ceiling, couldn't diy. | [#10] 無良業主 #9 As I know that the decoration worker had found out the leakage position and fixed before the dye testing from building dept, but the proprietor now refuse to take the responsibility and repair the false ceiling that promised before. |

| [#11] 無良業主 I didn't insist on repairing the ceiling by others as long as the leakage was fixed, which was the core of the incident. It was an old wooden ceiling,anyway. Simply aerosol paint sprayed the drain pipe(feel more comfortable to seal the leakage point) and ceiling after elbow-greasing. (marginally reachable) |
