| [#15] 個成廿年雪櫃失驚無神掛左 I attempted to repair my 20 yo 3* fridge, chiller compartment not cool due to accumulation of ice in freezer. Manual defrosting by opening the chiller back plate, exposing the cold coils. Bought a defrosting timer and set more frequent defrosting by internal heater. Worked for a few months and eventually gave away to cleaner for storage of food in freezer compartment. Should have bought a new one earlier, much cooler. -18 C is the standard for freezer. Chest freezer can be -25C. |
