In fact, buying 2 sets can have free test equipment. International standard, very low requirements on accuracy at lower reading, perhaps 20%. Mine is Chinese brand, inexpensive test paper. Good electronics would have better repeatability to give meaningful data over a period of time. Say, if it's +10%, it's always so, not suddenly -10%.
