| [#19] 停電！ Supply flickering(as different from blackout) might not damage electronic equipment since stabilized voltage supply already available(perhaps, fuse blown due to higher inrush to transformer), as different from lightning induced voltage on overhead/telephone line, especially remote village house. However, it's quite detrimental to running motor due to reconnection of voltage, the transient current can be more than the normal starting current.
