| [#1] 請問防水應用黑水泥白水泥or塑鋼土 話說早排落大雨, 驚見間屋露台漏水 好似睇戲咁, 室內, 閂好晒窗, 個天花一滴一滴水滴落黎。。。 管理公司check 過, 話唔關樓上裝修事, 樓上成日裝修 師傅話係10幾20年前, 裝鋁窗d手勢唔好, 窗與外牆中間有條縫, 無用石屎封好。。。 日子多左, d水一路向屋內滲。。。搞到而家天花滴水。。。 佢建議用黑水泥, 吻返好條縫。。。 去五金鋪問, 話3隻都得, 之後再加多樂士防漏膜 請問防水應用黑水泥, 白水泥or塑鋼土好d? 謝謝! |

| [#5] 請問防水應用黑水泥白水泥or塑鋼土 如果滲水由窗邊入的話，應該從吱膠翻做便可，以前嗰隻膠好似叫做 Dow Corning 791、至於黑水泥係用來bed frame，即填隙，之後就用膠覆蓋表面。黑，白英泥都不是完全可以有防水的作用。 最後修改時間: 2020-06-06 23:11:15 |

| [#8] 請問防水應用黑水泥白水泥or塑鋼土 #3 完全係教壞人 鉄再生銹係清銹清得唔好 鉄忌水重用水性油，笑料 英泥跟本唔防水 要防水就要添加防水料（即係好多人講的奶水） 因最cheap又易做，不大影響英泥施工特性 其他貴添加料施工特性各異，施工可能需技巧 油係面即係似coating有壽命老化一樣要番油 |

But earning much money since most plumbing is either concealed(needs civil work) or at external wall(glued grey pipes for flushing water supply or white drainage pipes), requiring low level skill yet working at height, with scaffolding. $7,000, pls for a small piece of PVC pipe( a few dollars), inclusive $3,000 for scaffolding. Recent job. Besides, plumbing license is desirable but not mandatory(except govt job, I suppose), as different from electrical worker. Since you don't know how to do it, you have to pay without complaint. I am going to work on accessible outdoor drainage pipe due to clogging/sluggish flow.(no more interest on A/C installation, too repetitive) Already added a 50mm T to the main header vertical pipe. (saw and glued, a pc. of cake) Later on, followed by new pipe from the kitchen sink. How to enlarge the existing 37mm wall opening(OD of 32mm pipe) to 50mm, you got me? BTW, Taobao pipes are measured in external dia.(OD) whilst local ones are internal dia(ID) say 57mm for 50mm pipe. The white one is not the same as the grey one(someone said they were the same, only difference in color) The former requires less water to mix, otherwise, it would fall off if too diluted. Got a small bag lying around, not filling up the anchorage bolt holes yet.(should have been done in a matter of 5 minutes) Never tried bondsteel on plastered surface, seems only good for polished metal work(even A/C compressor).
